PlannedThree scores, one call
Recovery says how much you have in the tank, Strain tracks what you spend, and Sleep tells you whether last night paid you back. Together they make the day's call.

Intelligence · Premium
Intelligence explains your scores in plain language and suggests what to do next. It can only use numbers Erkan has already computed, and every number in its answer is checked before you see it.
Intelligence
Why is my recovery lower than yesterday?
Recovery is 58, down from 72. Your HRV was 52 ms, below your usual 61 to 74, and you slept 6h 05m against a need of 7h 50m.
Yesterday's strain of 71 was above your usual too. A lighter day, strain 35 to 55, fits today.
From HRV, sleep and strainHow Erkan is built
Every score compares you with your own last 28 days, weighted toward recent nights. Scores stay hidden until there are 7 days of data.
Each score has a How it's scored sheet with its inputs, bands and formula. Nothing is a black box.
A value that was not measured shows as a dash, never as zero or a made-up default that would quietly bend a score.
A fixed engine computes every number. Intelligence can only explain numbers the engine produced, and a guard checks that it does.
Pricing
Premium adds Intelligence and biological age for ₹299 a month or ₹1,999 a year, with a 7-day trial. During the beta, signed-in accounts get Premium free.
A wearable that records sleep and heart rate. Today the web app shows every screen on demo data and takes manual logs. Device sync is not open yet: Apple Health and Health Connect are in testing, and Fitbit and Pixel Watch come next.
A resting heart rate of 58 can be great for one person and a warning sign for another. Your own recent history is the most useful reference for whether today is normal for you.
Scores need 7 days of data to build a first baseline and settle after 14. Until then Erkan shows your raw numbers and says the baseline is still forming.
No. Erkan helps you understand trends in your own data. It does not diagnose or treat anything. Talk to a doctor about symptoms or lab results that worry you.
The last 14 days of your scores and baselines, a nutrition summary, flagged lab values and today's journal. It never receives your name, email or notes.
Open the web app to explore every screen on clearly labelled demo data. Sign in with Google to log meals, habits and labs; your own scores arrive when device sync opens.
The iPhone and Apple Watch apps are in testing and not yet on the App Store.
