The service
Erkan, made by Seigotic, scores recovery, strain, sleep and stress against your own rolling baseline and helps you log meals, journal entries and lab results.
Not medical advice
Erkan is a wellness tool, not a medical device. Scores, biological age and Intelligence answers are estimates to help you notice trends. They do not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Talk to a doctor about anything that worries you, and in an emergency call your local emergency number.
Your account
You must be 18 or over to use Erkan. Keep your sign-in secure and give accurate profile details, since the scores depend on them. You can ask for a copy of your data, or have your account deleted, at any time, as the Privacy policy explains.
Premium
Premium is billed in Indian rupees through Razorpay, monthly or yearly, and renews until you cancel. A free trial, where offered, is available once per account. When you cancel, Premium stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds follow applicable law and Razorpay's terms.
Fair use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to access other people's data, overload the service or work around limits such as the weekly Intelligence allowance.
Changes and availability
We may change or improve Erkan and these terms. We will tell you about material changes. The service is provided as is, and we work to keep it available and accurate but cannot guarantee it will always be.
