Intelligence · Premium

Answers from your numbers, not the internet.

Ask a question in plain words. Intelligence reads the scores Erkan already computed for you and explains them, with the sources it used. It never invents a number.

Try asking

Why is my recovery lower than yesterday? Is my resting heart rate creeping up? What should today's training look like? Do late meals affect my sleep? How is my protein this week? What changed in my latest blood test?

Limits, stated plainly

  • Up to 50 questions a week on Premium, and at most 10 a minute.
  • Conversations up to 12 messages, each up to 2,000 characters.
  • It explains trends and suggests next steps. It does not diagnose, prescribe or replace a doctor.
  • Usage logs record error type, tokens and cost. Not your questions.

What happens when you ask

Facts first. Words second.

1. Gather

A context pack of your last 14 days: scores, baselines, a nutrition summary, flagged lab values and today's journal. No name, email or notes.

2. Answer

Erkan's rule engine answers by default. A language model is used only when one has been approved for health data.

3. Check

Every number in the answer must exist in your data. Diagnosis words and leaked instructions are refused.

4. Fall back

If an answer fails the check, you get the rule engine's answer instead. Never a guess.

Tested against tricks.

Erkan keeps a set of test questions for Intelligence: normal questions with known answers, days with missing data, and hostile ones such as requests to ignore its rules, made-up numbers and requests for a diagnosis. They run with every test run of the app.

Ask your first question.

Intelligence is part of Premium, which is free for signed-in accounts during the beta.

The iPhone and Apple Watch apps are in testing and not yet on the App Store.
