Get help with Erkan
Write to us and a person replies, usually within two working days.

Scores are empty or out of date
Open the Health app, go to Sharing, Apps, Erkan, and check that the data types are turned on. Then open Erkan and pull down on the Home screen to sync. New scores need a few nights of history before they appear; until then Erkan shows what is missing instead of guessing.
Delete your account
In the Erkan iPhone app, open the You tab, tap Delete account at the bottom and type DELETE to confirm. Erkan cancels any subscription, revokes Google Health access, removes every row linked to you and signs you out on your iPhone and Apple Watch. This cannot be undone.
If you cannot use the app, email vikram@seigotic.com from the address you sign in with. We delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email. To stop Erkan reading Apple Health straight away, turn it off in the Health app.
Get a copy of your data
Email vikram@seigotic.com from the address you sign in with and we send everything Erkan holds about you as a JSON file.

Erkan is a wellness app, not a medical device, and cannot give medical advice. Talk to a doctor about anything that worries you, and in an emergency call your local emergency number.
