About
Health numbers should come with reasons.
Erkan is made by Seigotic. This is why we built it and how we decide what goes in.
Most wearables are excellent at measuring and poor at explaining. You wake up to a score, it is lower than yesterday, and the app will not tell you why or what counts as normal for you. So you either trust it blindly or ignore it.
Erkan starts from a different idea: the most useful reference for your body is your own recent history. A resting heart rate of 58 can be a great day for one person and an early warning for another. So every score is measured against your last 28 days, and every score shows its inputs, weights and formula.
We also wanted an app that is honest about what it does not know. Missing data stays missing. Scores wait until there is enough history. The AI can explain numbers, but it cannot make any up.
What we believe
- You should be able to check the maths.
- The scores that tell you how you are doing should be free.
- Health data should be protected by the database itself, not just by good intentions.
- India deserves a health app that knows what dal, idli and rajma are, and prices in rupees.
Where things stand
- TodayWeb app with Recovery, Strain, Sleep, Stress, Reserve, journal, meals and biological age, on demo data or your own account.
- In testingErkan for iPhone with Apple Health sync, the Apple Watch glance, Google Health for Fitbit and Pixel Watch, and a Health Connect companion.
- NextFirst real device syncs, a full sleep-stage timeline, a larger Indian food database, and a strength builder.
- LaterCycle tracking, Garmin and Oura, and push sync so new data arrives without a refresh.
If you want to help shape it, open the web app, use it for a couple of weeks and tell us what is wrong. Write to vikram@seigotic.com.

Open the web app to explore every screen on clearly labelled demo data. Sign in with Google to log meals, habits and labs; your own scores arrive when device sync opens.
The iPhone and Apple Watch apps are in testing and not yet on the App Store.
